Job SummaryWe are looking for a chef to join our team and prepare lip-smacking dishes for our customers. The primary responsibilities include studying recipes, setting up menus and preparing first-class dishes. If you have experience with great and advanced cooking techniques, we would like to meet you! Ultimately, the chef will be responsible for preparing and delivering a complete menu to our guests.Duties & Responsibilities:
- Be familiar with sanitation regulations * Setting up of the kitchen with cooking utensils, equipment, cutlery etc * Cook food in a timely manner * Assign tasks to kitchen staffs * Ensure the safety and hygiene of the kitchen * Supervise cooks and offer assistance whenever needed * Experiment with new recipes * Ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations * Modify recipes to meet customers' needs and requests (e.g. reduce salt, remove dairy)
