Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Menu Development & Innovation

Design, plan, and execute menus aligned with brand identity. Innovate new dishes, seasonal specials, and ensure variety.

Food Quality & Standards

Maintain highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene. Ensure compliance with FSSAI and food safety regulations.

Team Management

Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen staff. Allocate duties, build schedules, and foster a positive work culture.

Operations & Inventory

Oversee daily kitchen operations ensuring smooth workflow. Manage inventory, stock levels, and vendor coordination. Control wastage and maintain food cost efficiency.

Cost & Budget Control

Monitor food costs and optimize resources. Maintain profitability without compromising on quality.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
