Opportunity to work with a fast growing organisation Opportunity to work with senior stakeholders including founders, investors etc Collaborate closely with senior finance and business leadership drive financial objectives for the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals. Partner with respective teams to establish Annual Operating Plans (AOP), monthly budgets, and cash flow forecasts, taking ownership of the entire process from start to finish. Serve as a trusted advisor to the senior leadership team, providing financial insights and guidance. Lead the development and evolution of the Business Intelligence (BI) framework, identifying key metrics and financial KPIs, and developing financial models with clear front-end visualizations to support strategic initiatives. Own organization-wide operating and financial data and KPIs, acting as the central point of contact for all financial data and analysis. Prepare business plans and engage with potential investors for fundraising activities, collaborating closely with the CFO/Founders to ensure plan robustness. Conduct scenario building and stress testing, clarifying assumptions and key actions required to achieve strategic goals, and participate in business valuation discussions. Interface with existing VC/PE investors for regular and ad-hoc reporting requirements. Manage the control governance framework for internal and statutory committees within the organization. Prepare Founders/CFO for Board discussions on performance and lead due diligence processes for debt and equity funding. Project manage international expansion, new product launches, and business model initiatives. Coordinate the preparation of feasibility reports for expansion plans, working with consultants to provide necessary data and information. Evaluate M&A opportunities for inorganic growth, including valuations and industry benchmarking. Drive cost-saving initiatives through effective cost negotiations for existing and future contracts, in collaboration with procurement managers. The Successful Applicant An ideal candidate should be a CA/MBA with 8+ years of relevant business finance or strategic finance experience. They should haves strong analytical skill along with great commercial acumen. Ability to partner with senior stakeholder and cross functional team to drive changes for business optimisation.
