Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:1. Define and execute the overall BD strategy to achieve annual revenue targets across:- Advanced Engineering (CFD/FEA/RCA/Calculations/Compliance)- Product Development (CAD/NPD/Reverse Eng/DFM/DFA)- Animation/Visualization/Training2. Build a structured sales engine: segmentation, ICP definition, offerings/packages, pricing frameworks, and conversion playbooks.3. Own key account acquisition and management-identify high-potential OEMs, Tier-1s, industrial manufacturers, white goods, process industries, EPCs, and corporate communication/training buyers.4. Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles: prospecting, discovery, solutioning, proposals, negotiations, contracting, and closures.5. Develop and manage strategic partnerships (design houses, training content firms, AR/VR partners, agencies, system integrators, and ecosystem partners).6. Create repeatable lead generation channels via LinkedIn, Upwork, referrals, events, communities, and outbound campaigns; ensure consistent qualified pipeline generation.7. Work closely with Delivery/Technical/Creative leadership to translate requirements into scope, timelines, commercials, and success metrics; ensure proposal accuracy and feasibility.8. Drive cross-selling and account expansion by positioning GVPL's broader capabilities (Engineering + Visualization + Training) for higher wallet share.9. Set up and track BD KPIs: pipeline coverage, win rate, cycle time, ARCs/retainers, gross margin, renewals, and customer satisfaction.10. Build and mentor a high-performing BD team-hiring, training, target setting, performance reviews, and weekly cadence for accountability.11. Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking; identify new industries/geographies, white space opportunities, and productized service bundles.12.
