Role : Business Development Head (Aviation)Type : Full TimeOpportunity : OnsiteRoll : On RollJob description : - Responsible for developing new business and account relationships with all stakeholders including key executives and within the potential client organizations- Responsible for Short-/mid-/long-term planning, development and controlling of overall sales strategy and developing key programs to enhance profits.- Regular visits to clients in order to discuss needs and provide specific expertise such as market development, successful product mix, title assortment, campaign execution of promotions and pricing strategies- Analysis of account specific and overall sales activities, promotions- Assess the competitive landscape and institute changes to the sales program in response to competitors changes- Establish a referral network with local businesses and find ways to maximize value from those connections- Work towards positioning the company as the preferred and most relevant supplier to the customer\'s core list and targeted briefsCandidate Requirement :- 1-15 years of experience in sales role - Leader who believes in leading by example - The candidate must be able lead, drive, inspire & motivate the sales team. - Entrepreneurial mindset & high level of initiative. Self-driven & ambitious - Should be able to get in good relationships, drive new business acquisition & lead the practice with the required confidence. - A proven passion for customer-focused, results-driven sales, and a keen eye for new opportunities. - Open-minded, enthusiastic and confident, with excellent presentation skills.
