Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and beverage recipes with consistency and quality. Lead, train, and supervise baristas to ensure smooth daily operations. Maintain knowledge of coffee blends, brewing methods, equipment handling, and latte art. Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest preferences and feedback. Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and related supplies; place orders when needed. Ensure all equipment is maintained, cleaned, and in proper working condition. Monitor hygiene, sanitation, and safety practices at the bar counter. Develop seasonal/innovative beverage recipes in line with brand standards. Handle cash/ billing at the counter when required. Prepare duty rosters and allocate work shifts for the barista team. Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to support business goals and promotions.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
