Key job responsibilities . Forming and managing cross-functional program teams. Planning, organizing, managing, and executing complex programs across multiple organizations and stakeholders. . Work closely with senior executives at partner agencies to successfully drive partnership to achieve results. . Develop and manage processes with both internal and external stakeholders to help make the program a more meaningful part of Amazon Business . Track, monitor and improve performance of the partner to measure and manage their output efficiency. . Forecast and report business growth and other key metrics, including tracking actual progress toward forecasts. . Present and lead conversations about programs, issues, solutions, and strategy to senior leaders . Cross functional coordination and task tracking . Researching and conducting market analysis for Amazon customers . Develop targeted messages based on the key value propositions and use cases. . Work closely with service teams, sales/business development, PR, product management, evangelists, and other marketing and product managers to achieve goals. . Assist in the development of key metrics and performance indicators to measure overall financial performance and provide foundation for continuous improvement. . Work with the product managers to define necessary product/service improvements and new areas for innovation. We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Bengaluru, KA, IND BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 6+ years of sales experience - Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers - Experience and understanding of the retail and wholesale landscape in India and exposure to prior interactions with sellers and distributors - Experience managing teams - Experience planning, managing and closing competitive sales efforts and managing deals from negotiation, to closing and through delivery - Experience proactively growing customer relationships within an account while expanding their understanding of the customer\'s business PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience influencing C-level executives - Experience managing a team and training/on-boarding new members
