Roles and Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the operations team, aligning efforts with organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the platform.
Team Management:
- Hire, lead, mentor, and manage the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure the team is well-equipped and motivated to deliver high-quality services to our senior members.
Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align operational strategies with promotional efforts, ensuring a cohesive approach to outreach and community engagement.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate technological solutions that enhance operational processes and improve the overall user experience.
Process Optimization:
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement measures to enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Establish and maintain standardized operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery
Quality Assurance:
- Implement robust quality assurance measures to uphold the highest standards of care and support for seniors.
- Oversee the monitoring and evaluation of companionship visits, implementing improvements as needed.
Issue Resolution and Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a key point of contact for addressing operational issues, both internally and externally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams across the company, customers (senior members), and other third party stakeholders.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize data analytics to derive insights into operational performance and make informed decisions.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on operational metrics, feedback analysis, and improvement recommendations for senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in business, operations, healthcare, or a related field. (B.tech preferred)
- Proven experience in a leadership role with a focus on operations, preferably in the healthcare industry (startup experience required).
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team in a dynamic and evolving environment.
