Sales Administrator Job Summary : - We are looking for a qualified Sales Administrator to join our growing sales team and help us achieve our goals. You will provide support for our Sales Account Managers. Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a passion for delivering high quality customer service and achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities :- Provide auxiliary support for Sales staff and their customers- Assist in the creation of quote configurations, verifying order and invoice accuracy- Liaison with the Customer Success department to ensure a positive customer outcome- Maintain and update sales and customer records in CRM- Tasks, Action Items, Calendar Invites, Etc.- Track Renewals - Communicate important feedback from customers internally- Stay up to date with new products and features- Perform basic customer service functions, like answering questions or responding to inquiries- Assist Sales Account Manager(s) by working closely with customers and helping to resolving any customer issues or inquiriesJob Requirements and Skills :- Sales Skills - Strong English verbal communication skills- Strong written (Email) communication - Understanding of the Technology Channel - Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator a plus- Hands on experience with CRM software a plus- Understanding of sales performance metrics- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills- A team player with high level of dedication- Ability to work under deadlines- Demonstrate a customer focused approachLocation : Mohali, PunjabTimings : 8AM to 5PM United States EST (ref:updazz.com)
