Roles And Responsibilities Participate in daily calls based on call allocation and ensure the timely resolution of issues. Manage the collection and return of spares, including any defective items. Oversee the installation of ATM machines. Handle the installation and configuration of CCTV systems, electronic security systems, and intrusion alarm systems. Contribute to the implementation of Automation across various sectors. Requirements Possess basic knowledge of computer hardware and software installation. Clear understanding of Network, CCTV, Sensors, Routers, and DVR/NVR systems. Qualifications Diploma or Graduation in Electrical/Electronics/Computer hardware/Instrumentation/Mechanical field.
