Profile -Senior Embedded Hardware EngineerJob Location - Mumbai -Powai ( Office)JD We are looking for a proficient embedded hardware engineer, who is passionate and strong in the field of core electronics and embedded hardware designs in the field of IoT and Building Automation. Your primary responsibility will be understanding and capturing the overall product/solution requirements and actively handling end to end hardware/solution development including testing/debugging/troubleshooting with accuracy and safety. You will closely work with the leadership team of Engineering in your role.The Successful Applicant

• 5+ years experience of Research and Development in the field of core electronic circuit designs with strong basics (Analog, Digital, High Speed Designs, RF).

• Understanding all the stages of the Product Development Life Cycle and have worked very closely in all the stages including production and troubleshooting.

• Designing High Level system schematics and PCB Layouts (multiple layers) adhering to IPC standards, solid knowledge of Layer Stack Manager and Impedance Matching and PCB guidelines.

• Strong fundamentals of electronics circuit designing, simulations and networking theory, including transistors, FET's, Opamps, MCU, Power Supply Distribution chain, Protection Diodes, AC voltages and Opto-couplers.

• Hands-on familiarity with Multimeter, Oscilloscope, Logic Analyzers, Protocol Analyzer.

• Prefered experience working with Cortex ARM series controller architecture along with detailed peripheral/interface knowledge.

• Exposure to various types of sensors and their interfaces. e.g. Hall, temperature, accelerometer, PIR, IR based, Differential Pressure, Pressure, Flow and Gas.

• Knowledge of Telecom, transmission lines theory, modems and wireless communication, good knowledge of Design for Test and DFM techniques, RF harmonics, oscillations, filtering and EMI and EMC.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills ensuring product level report documentation.

Bonus points for knowing:

• Arduino/ARM Family of Microcontrollers

• BLE, BT Mesh, WiFi Mesh , Zigbee, NBIoT, LoRA

• HVAC systems including VFD, VAV,Chiller Actuators and Compressors.

• Had handson experience in soldering small sized packages.

• Understands EMI/EMC, finding the root cause and providing solutions, have done certifications.

• Can do Reliability Analysis and Root Cause Analysis
