Job Description

System Installation & Maintenance:

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and biometric devices. Set up and maintain hardware for specialized medical equipment that integrates with IT systems.

Troubleshooting & Repairs:

Diagnose and resolve hardware issues including motherboard failures, power supplies, memory, and peripheral devices. Provide on-site technical support to hospital staff for system-related concerns.

Network & Connectivity Support:

Assist in the setup and maintenance of LAN/WAN, switches, routers, Wi-Fi access points, and cabling. Ensure uninterrupted network connectivity in all departments, including ICUs, OPDs, OTs, and diagnostic areas.

System Security & Backup:

Monitor physical system security (device-level) and escalate issues related to cybersecurity to the IT head. Ensure regular system and data backups in coordination with the IT team.

Asset Management & Documentation:

Maintain inventory of hardware assets including tagging, movement, and maintenance schedules. Keep records of repairs, warranty claims, AMC/CMC coverage, and replacements.

User Support & Training:

Provide basic training to staff on hardware usage and handling procedures. Support the implementation and functioning of Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and ERP modules.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
