Responsibilities

• To design, Develop and ensure the quality of electronics hardware to meet the High design life (

10 Years) * PCB layout designing to meet quick turnaround objectives for prototype and volume manufacturing

• Possess good knowledge and should be able to drive or execute EMI/EMC design and test activities
• Able to lead design reviews, ensure hardware design with standard compliance, be able to write good design specifications.
• Able to realize complex system requirements into a robust and reliable hardware solution
• Provide support for the hardware and manage component obsolescence throughout its lifecycle
• Able to collaborate with peers, hardware, and firmware/software engineers to agree upon system designs, interfaces, communication protocols, etc.
• Coordinates testing of new parts evaluates test results and approves or rejects usage of parts based on test results
• Should be able to perform hardware simulations and modeling in pSpice or LTspice
• Establishes and maintains liaison between engineering and other departments to formulate, evaluate design criteria and meet production requirements
• Be able to develop appropriate test hardware and procedures, both informal and formal, to prove the correct operation of hardware
• Monitoring and reporting of progress of development to immediate supervisor and development team
• Ensure that all business activity is conducted in line with company values, policies, and ethics codes of conduct
• Undertake any other activity as reasonably requested by management requirement

Requirement

• High-Speed Circuit design consists of ARM- Cortex Series Microcontrollers, SOC's is a must.
• Experience in schematic design, BOM Management, PCB layout & signal integrity.
• Experience in embedded hardware designs and communication gateways consists of Microcontrollers, SOC's of 8/16/32 bit, DDR3, Industrial Ethernets, POE..
• Experience in the Analog, digital (/mixed) circuits designs, On Board SMPS, communication circuits.
• Experience in design and develop of Design documents and calculations.
• Strong background working with through-hole, SMD, SMT, and BGA technologies using dual-sided assemblies, and multilayer boards.
• Good exposure on using any of the EDA/ECAD tools
• Having good knowledge of the right component's selection and BOM creation
• Good Knowledge of wireless communication technologies such as Wi-Fi(Dual Band), Zigbee and Bluetooth
• Good knowledge of Serial Protocol Interfaces SPI, I2C, RS-485, CAN, UART
• Good troubleshooting Knowledge of Safety and compliance certification tests like UL, CE, MID, FCC, etc.
• Ability to respond and adapt to changing priorities
• Should be a team player and able to actively contribute or participate in daily meetings or discussions
• Knowledge to work with the Power system domain and technologies
• Should be able to handle work with minimal support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master's degree in ECE/EEE
