The Hardware & Network Support Engineer is responsible for the maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware and network systems. This includes installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software, as well as troubleshooting and resolving network problems. The Hardware & Network Support Engineer must also have strong customer service skills, as they will be interacting with users to troubleshoot and resolve problems. Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network problems.
• Provide technical support to users.
• Document hardware and network configurations.
• Stay up-to-date on new hardware and software technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in hardware and network support.
• Strong understanding of hardware and networking concepts.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 917,943.00 - 921,120.00 per month Benefits:
