: : Server maintenance, User Data Backup(Static Incremental) Internet, Lan, WLna, Print Server,DNS, DHCP, E-mail, Firewall, Routers, Modern Antivirus, CCTV (IP, Analogue) Microsoft Windows, Office and Project License Manage Windows, Office and Other Software Patch ERP License Updating, Patch Apply, Auto backup, Manual backup, Payroll system Updating Purchase, Inventory module implementation in ERP Software Create user and E-mail strategy for company Change platform for website Assets Audit, Create Inventory of IT Daily report to Director and MD Mail configuration in Outlook MIS Reporting ERP Related Task: . Inventory items Master creation . User Creation/Deactivation if employee resigns . Handling queries of users as & when required related to ERP . Training to users on ERP modules . Back up of ERP data on daily basis
