Program/Change Manager - Retail

Role And Responsibilities :

- Own the Change management of any transform project within GMG

- Programme management to ensure milestones of the project are achieved as per the plan

- End-to-end ownership of training strategy document - Plan, communication, and training logistics

- Liaison with the core team and critical users for seamless SIT/UAT

- Training logistics - Test scripts, Test environment and Test users, training room booking etc.

- Lead communication to ensure People readiness and awareness are managed in an ongoing manner till we GO LIVE

- Data Migration and support in data cutover plan

- Continuous communication on CAB and own the governance and documentation

- Relevant past experience of 5-8 years.

- Particular focus on Technology projects Go live in Retail/FMCG companies

- Must have good presentation skills and should have worked in project governance and change management roles.
