Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Tele Caller to join our real estate sales team at our Prabhadevi office. The role involves contacting potential clients, explaining project details, generating leads, and scheduling site visits while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and respond to inbound leads for real estate projects.
Explain project details, amenities, pricing, and location advantages to clients effectively.
Generate interest, qualify leads, and schedule site visits for the sales team.
Maintain client databases and update CRM with daily call logs and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely client follow-up and closure.
Achieve daily and monthly call targets and lead conversion goals.
Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and lead quality to management.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (preferred).
Strong persuasive ability and confidence while speaking with clients.
Basic knowledge of real estate projects, locations, and market terminology.
Computer literacy - MS Excel, CRM tools, and WhatsApp communication.
Result-oriented approach with the ability to work under targets.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in the real estate sector preferred but not mandatory.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Must know Gujarati Language
