Job Description

Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out formalities.*

Ensure smooth coordination of guest arrivals, departures, and in-house requirements.*

Maintain a professional and friendly approach while interacting with guests.*

Assist guests with reservations, restaurant bookings, transportation, and other concierge services.*

Address guest complaints, feedback, and requests promptly and effectively.*

Coordinate with all departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, etc.) to ensure guest needs are met.*

Maintain guest profiles, preferences, and special requests for future reference.*

Ensure lobby and guest areas are presentable at all times.*

Promote hotel services, amenities, and special offers to enhance guest experience.*

Handle VIP, repeat, and long-stay guests with extra attention and care.*

Maintain records, reports, and communication logs as required.*

Uphold hotel standards, policies, and procedures at all times.*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Application Question(s):

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in guest relations or front office roles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a guest-centric attitude.
Professional appearance and positive demeanor.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Knowledge of PMS systems (e.g., WinhMS/Wincloud) is an advantage.
Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
