We are hiring a

Guest Service Associate (GSA)

for our cafe and lounge located in Meerut. The role requires providing professional and efficient service to guests and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

Welcome and greet guests in a polite and professional manner. Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and on time. Provide menu information and answer guest questions regarding food and drinks. Ensure tables are cleaned, set, and maintained properly throughout service hours. Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely order delivery. Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards in the dining area. Handle guest concerns courteously and assist in resolving issues. Support billing and payment processes as required. Assist the service team during peak hours for smooth operations.

Requirements

Previous experience as a GSA, Steward, or Waiter in a restaurant, cafe, lounge, or bar. Good communication and guest-handling skills. Presentable appearance with a positive and professional attitude. Hotel Management diploma or equivalent experience is preferred but not mandatory.
