Welcome guests warmly and assist them with check-in, check-out, and inquiries.
Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
Maintain records, process payments, and handle billing accurately.
Uphold grooming standards, hospitality etiquette, and safety protocols.
Ensure work areas are neat, clean, and guest-ready at all times.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent qualification.
Prior experience in hospitality/service industry preferred (freshers welcome).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused, positive attitude, and team spirit.
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Kollam, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
