Core Responsibilities



Guest Welcome and Seating:

Greet all guests warmly upon arrival. Manage dining reservations and strategically seat guests to optimize flow and service.

Order and POS Management:

Accurately take guest food and beverage orders and input them immediately into the Point of Sale (POS) system.

Menu Expertise:

Maintain expert knowledge of the menu, daily specials, ingredients, and potential allergens to answer guest inquiries effectively.

Service Support:

Act as a liaison between the guest, kitchen, and service staff. Assist with delivering items and clearing tables when needed.

Billing and Payments:

Prepare and present accurate guest checks. Process cash, credit card, and room charge payments efficiently and securely.

Maintain Standards:

Ensure the host area, menus, and dining entrance are clean and well-organized at all times.

Minimum Requirements



Experience:

1+ years in a high-volume service or hospitality role (e.g., Host, Server, Cashier).

Skills:

Proficient in using POS systems and handling cash/credit transactions.

Attributes:

Exceptional customer service skills, professional demeanor, and ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Physical:

Ability to stand for long periods.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?21,000.00 per month
