Managing check-in and check-out procedures, processing payments, and handling reservations and room assignments.
Greeting guests, answering inquiries, and providing information about the hotel and local area.
Addressing and resolving guest issues, complaints, and concerns promptly and efficiently.
Communicating with other departments, such as housekeeping, food and beverage, and security, to ensure guest needs are met.
Ensuring the front desk area and other guest areas (or guest rooms, in the case of housekeeping GSAs) are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
Maintaining accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
Recommending additional services or amenities to enhance the guest experience.
