Key Responsibilities

Service Operations

Welcome guests and escort them to their tables in a polite and professional manner Present menus, explain dishes, promotions, and take food & beverage orders accurately Serve food and beverages as per standard operating procedures and service sequence Ensure correct setup of tables, stations, and service areas before, during, and after service

Guest Interaction & Satisfaction

Attend to guest needs promptly and courteously Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate when required Ensure personalized service and guest delight Maintain a friendly and positive attitude at all times

Hygiene & Safety

Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and grooming Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (HACCP) Ensure cleanliness of service areas, equipment, and utensils

Coordination & Teamwork

Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and other departments for smooth service Communicate guest feedback to supervisors and management Support team members during peak hours and special events

Billing & Cash Handling

Prepare bills accurately and ensure timely settlement of guest checks Handle cash and card transactions as per hotel policy Follow proper billing and posting procedures

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or relevant hospitality qualification preferred Freshers / IET / OJT candidates may apply Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage) Customer-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
