Assist guests with orders, requests, or inquiries
Provide accurate information about menus, services, and promotions
Take food and beverage orders and process billing using POS systems
Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of service areas
Handle guest complaints politely and escalate when necessary
Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, or service staff
Follow hygiene, safety, and company policies
Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude at all time.

Preferred Requirements
Previous experience in hospitality or F&B (preferred but not mandatory)
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
