Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Greet guests warmly and professionally Assist guests with orders, requests, or inquiries Provide accurate information about menus, services, and promotions Take food and beverage orders and process billing using POS systems Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of service areas Handle guest complaints politely and escalate when necessary Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, or service staff Follow hygiene, safety, and company policies Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude at all time.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused and service-oriented mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic math and billing skills Team player with a positive attitude Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Requirements



Previous experience in hospitality or F&B (preferred but not mandatory) Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
