Job Description

Guest Interaction & Service:

Warmly greet, seat, and present menus to guests. Provide detailed menu knowledge, make recommendations, and upsell specials. Take orders accurately, noting dietary needs, and relay to kitchen/bar. Serve food and drinks according to service standards (presentation, temperature). Handle payments (cash/card) and present bills. Address complaints and resolve issues professionally.

Operations & Maintenance:

Set up and break down dining areas, ensuring cleanliness. Maintain hygiene and follow health/safety regulations (HACCP). Assist with inventory and restocking supplies. Perform opening/closing side work as needed.

Teamwork & Standards:

Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for smooth service. Maintain high standards of etiquette and hospitality. Attend training and meetings for continuous improvement.
Essential Skills:

Excellent communication and customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Politeness, grooming, and attention to detail
