Take orders accurately, noting dietary needs, and relay to kitchen/bar.
Serve food and drinks according to service standards (presentation, temperature).
Handle payments (cash/card) and present bills.
Address complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Operations & Maintenance:
Set up and break down dining areas, ensuring cleanliness.
Maintain hygiene and follow health/safety regulations (HACCP).
Assist with inventory and restocking supplies.
Perform opening/closing side work as needed.
Teamwork & Standards:
Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for smooth service.
Maintain high standards of etiquette and hospitality.
Attend training and meetings for continuous improvement.
