Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and assist with their needs.

Provide information on activities, food offerings, pricing, and services.

Ensure an exceptional guest experience from entry to exit.

Handle guest queries, feedback, and minor complaints professionally.

Collect visitor's personal details and make the documentation process.

Support ticketing, booking, and POS systems.

Maintain a clean and welcoming environment.

Requirements:

0-1 years of experience

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Presentable and customer-friendly attitude.

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

Basic computer knowledge.
