Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
Manage room bookings, reservations, and cancellations
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest needs
Maintain accurate records of guest information and billing
Ensure the front desk area is clean and presentable
Process payments and generate invoices
Provide information about hotel facilities and nearby attractions
Uphold high standards of guest service and hospitality
