Job Description
Provide coaching and development to service staff, ensuring they deliver exceptional service that meets our brand standards. Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment for all team members. Delegate tasks effectively and ensure service runs smoothly during peak hours. Greet guests warmly and professionally, making them feel welcome and valued. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously, resolving any issues to their satisfaction. Upsell menu items and beverages to increase revenue. Ensure the dining area is clean, presentable, and well-stocked at all times. Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry. Proven track record of exceeding guest expectations and providing exceptional service. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
