Job Summary

The Guest Service Associate (GSA) - F&B Service is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by ensuring high standards of service, guest satisfaction, and hygiene. The role involves assisting in restaurant operations, order-taking, serving food & beverages, and maintaining a welcoming dining environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Service

Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables. Present menus, take accurate orders, and serve food and beverages promptly. Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and responding to requests. Maintain an attentive and courteous attitude at all times.

Operational Duties

Set up restaurant tables according to service standards. Assist in buffet setup and replenishment. Clear tables efficiently and reset them for the next guests. Support smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams. Ensure correct billing and assist in payment procedures when required.

Hygiene & Safety

Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards. Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, service stations, and equipment. Comply with resort SOPs and safety guidelines.

Teamwork & Communication

Coordinate effectively with colleagues and supervisors. Attend daily briefings and training sessions. Report any maintenance issues or guest concerns to the supervisor.

Skills & Qualifications

Experience in F&B Service (freshers with good communication may also apply). Basic knowledge of food & beverage service standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude, grooming standards, and willingness to learn. Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and peak operational hours.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for long durations. Ability to lift and carry service trays and equipment.
