Welcome the guests by greeting them as per the standards. Ensure to attend to guest complaints, requests or inquiries regarding the food and services. Ensure to be familiar with all dishes on the menu. Ensure that breakage, pilferage and spoilage are kept to a bare minimum. Your experience and skills include: Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage. Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset. Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example.
