Coordinate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure timely and efficient food service.
Respond to guests' inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly.
Monitor dining area to ensure cleanliness and orderliness.
Assist in the preparation and setup of dining areas prior to service.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in F&B service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
