Welcome and assist guests in a warm, professional, and personalized manner.
Ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiences for all guests.
Anticipate guest needs and preferences to deliver memorable, tailor-made experiences.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently and courteously.
Supervise and coordinate VIP and repeat guest arrivals, departures, and special arrangements.
Maintain close coordination with Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Team Supervision & Coordination
Lead and motivate the Guest Relations team to achieve service excellence.
Conduct regular training sessions and briefings to maintain consistent service standards.
Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback.
Prepare and update duty rosters and ensure adequate coverage during shifts.
Operational Responsibilities
Oversee guest amenities, welcome letters, and room inspections for VIP guests.
Maintain accurate guest history records in the PMS for future personalization.
Ensure all guest feedback is logged, analyzed, and reported to management.
Assist in developing guest loyalty initiatives and service improvement programs.
Support the Front Office team during peak hours and special events.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
