Description:
You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. TheGuest Relation Officer/Executive is responsible to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Front Office Department within the Rooms Division. You would be responsible to make a positive guest experience, Vip rooms and guests are to be take care with personalised services. The GRE /GRO would be the poit of contact for any special request made by the guest. Should be able to resolve issues faced by the guest during their period of stay.
Qualifications:
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience hotel operations. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
