Job Overview

Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., a pioneer in sports entertainment, is seeking a Guest Relations Executive to join our team. As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

• Manage guest reservations and bookings, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Handle cash transactions and manage the guest billing process
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in guest areas
• Assist in organizing and hosting events
