Job Description

The Guest Relations Executive is the face of the resort, responsible for welcoming guests, managing their stay experience, addressing concerns, and ensuring the highest level of hospitality. She plays a key role in building strong guest relationships, handling special requests, and ensuring personalized service that enhances the resort's reputation.

Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Welcome & Check-in



Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in formalities. Escort guests to rooms/villas when required, explaining amenities and services. Maintain a professional, courteous, and friendly demeanor at all times.

Guest Experience Management



Act as the primary contact point for guests during their stay. Handle special requests (anniversaries, birthdays, honeymoon arrangements, dietary preferences). Provide information about resort facilities, local attractions, and activities. Ensure smooth communication between guests and resort departments.

Problem Handling & Service Recovery



Proactively identify guest needs and resolve issues quickly. Handle complaints with empathy, professionalism, and prompt solutions. Escalate complex issues to the Guest Relations Manager/Front Office Manager.

Guest Feedback & Follow-up



Collect guest feedback during and after stay. Maintain guest profiles and records for future personalized service. Assist in implementing guest loyalty/retention programs.

Coordination & Reporting



Liaise with housekeeping, F&B, activities, and other departments to meet guest expectations. Prepare daily reports on guest satisfaction, complaints, and special requests. Support the Front Office team during busy hours.

Skills & Qualifications



Graduate in Hospitality/Hotel Management preferred. 1-3 years of experience in guest relations/front office (resort/hotel background desirable). Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalam/Hindi/Tamil is an added advantage). Pleasant personality, professional grooming, and guest-oriented attitude. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Work Conditions



Based at the resort's reception/front office and guest-facing areas. Requires extended standing hours and interaction with diverse guests. Flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
