Responsible for enhancing guest satisfaction by providing personalized service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience throughout the guest's stay. The role focuses on guest engagement, handling special requests, resolving concerns, and maintaining strong guest relationships in line with hotel service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests on arrival and assist with check-in formalities as required.
Build rapport with guests and ensure a personalized and memorable stay experience.
Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments to meet guest expectations.
Maintain guest profiles, preferences, and feedback records accurately.
Conduct guest follow-ups during the stay to ensure satisfaction.
Assist in managing VIP guests, repeat guests, and special occasions.
Promote hotel services, facilities, and outlets to guests.
Ensure grooming standards, professionalism, and brand image are maintained at all times.
Collect guest feedback and support management in service improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
Prior experience in guest relations or front office is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.
Pleasant personality with professional grooming standards.
