Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Maintain a pleasant and approachable demeanor to enhance the guest experience.
Coordinate with service and kitchen staff to ensure smooth dining operations.
Monitor guest satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Maintain reservation records and manage walk-in guest flow efficiently.
Ensure the dining area is presentable and ready to receive guests at all times.
Must have excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Prior experience in guest relations or hospitality is preferred.
