The Guest Relation Associate is responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience by providing personalized service, handling guest requests, and maintaining positive relationships throughout the guest's stay. This role acts as a key link between guests and hotel departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out processes
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
Ensure guest satisfaction by offering personalized services and support
Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments
Maintain guest records, preferences, and feedback
Assist in handling VIP guests and special occasions
Promote hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
Follow hotel service standards and brand guidelines
Requirements & Skills:
Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Pleasant personality with a guest-focused attitude
Ability to handle situations calmly and professionally
Basic computer and PMS knowledge preferred
Prior experience in hospitality is an advantage
