The Guest Relations Executive (GRE) will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and delivering excellent customer service throughout their experience. The role involves handling guest queries, resolving concerns, and creating memorable experiences that reflect the brand's standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Build and maintain positive relationships with guests to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Coordinate with internal departments (housekeeping, F&B, reservations, etc.) to fulfill guest requirements.
Assist in arranging special requests, reservations, or services for guests.
Monitor guest feedback and escalate unresolved issues to the manager.
Maintain updated knowledge of hotel facilities, promotions, and services.
Ensure compliance with company service standards and grooming guidelines.
Support in organizing guest engagement activities and events when required.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Customer-focused with a positive, approachable attitude.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic hotel management systems (PMS).
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
Experience in (hospitality/retail/customer service industry).

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
