Welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude.
Ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service.
Assist guests with reservations, transportation, and local recommendations.
Maintain clear communication with other hotel departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Concierge, etc.) to ensure guest needs are met.
Keep accurate records of guest feedback and report issues to management.
Coordinate special services such as room decorations, surprise arrangements, and VIP amenities.
Assist with guest loyalty programs and feedback collection.
Support the front desk team during peak hours.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
