Also develops strategic action plans for hotels to drive measurable, incremental experiences revenue. Why be part of Blue Beds?   • A clear understanding of hostel operations & the concept
  • Create content for social media
  • Developing SOPs for quality standardization
  • Ensure the constant delivery of excellent guest and customer service.
  • Take ownership of the Guest Journey & engagement
  • Speak with the guests for reviews - both video and written
  • Curate guest experiences in the city and outbound to optimize both revenue and guest experience
  • Deal with customer complaints & reviews in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. - OWN AND SOLVE
  • Lead collaborations with content creators & nearby businesses
  • Be obsessed with guest experience and operational excellence, everything always has to be on TIME
  • Develops relationships within the community to strengthen and expand the customer base for sales opportunities.
  • Lead community development of the property and revenue optimisation via the same
Who you are?
  • A driven individual who is digitally savvy ( any knowledge of digital marketing will be preferred )
  • Extrovert with exceptional communication skills ( Knowledge of the youth travel market )
  • Passionate about Travel and experiences
  • Empathy towards your customers and colleagues.
  • Organized with attention to detail.
  • Prior knowledge of social media management tools & content creation
  • Prior knowledge & experience in working on Channel managers and OTA extranets preferred
  • Knowledge of working on CRM software ( EZEE ABSOLUTE, CLOUDBEDS etc )
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Up to \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 per month Benefits:
