The General Restaurant Executive (GRE) is responsible for supporting daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, and assisting in staff supervision. The GRE plays a key role in creating a positive dining experience and achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing daily restaurant operations efficiently.
Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
Supervise and train service staff to maintain quality and consistency.
Monitor food presentation, hygiene, and safety standards.
Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
Support inventory control, ordering, and stock management.
Assist in achieving sales targets and controlling operational costs.
Maintain cleanliness, ambience, and compliance with brand standards.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
