ROLE-Guest Relations Executive of GRE- \xc2\xb7 Supervision of Guest Assistance. \xc2\xb7 Execute all the guest relations activities to achieve maximum guest satisfaction index scores. \xc2\xb7 Provide training to staff on customer interaction, service standard and communication skills. \xc2\xb7 Adhering and inspecting the grooming standards of the staff and provide assistance in case if there is any gap. \xc2\xb7 In coordination with duty manager, chalk out staffing plan on weekly basis. \xc2\xb7 Coordinating with other departments to ensure that the product and the service standards are delivered. \xc2\xb7 Escorting the guests at all times. \xc2\xb7 Preparing report of the feedback forms filled by the customers. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for Tele reservations and Walk-In reservations. \xc2\xb7 GRE escorts VIPs and other affluent people to lounge areas and in Audi on their arrival. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb935,000.00 per month Schedule:
- Rotational shift
