Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
Assist guests with check-in/check-out and escort them when required.
Provide personalized services and handle VIP/long-stay/repeat guest needs.
Manage guest feedback, resolve complaints promptly, and escalate when needed.
Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, F&B, spa, etc.) to ensure guest satisfaction.
Promote hotel services, facilities, and special offers.
Maintain guest profiles and preferences in the system for future reference.
Handle guest requests such as travel arrangements, restaurant bookings, and local information.
Ensure a high level of guest engagement and satisfaction at all times.
