Key Responsibilities:
Warmly welcome and greet guests upon arrival
Assist guests with seating arrangements and table allocation
Ensure guests are comfortable and satisfied throughout their visit
Handle guest complaints, feedback, and special requests professionally
Coordinate with service staff, kitchen, and management to ensure smooth operations
Maintain guest records, preferences, and special occasions (if applicable)
Support reservation management and walk-in guest handling
Ensure restaurant ambiance, cleanliness, and presentation standards are met
Promote restaurant offers, events, and loyalty programs
Ensure compliance with service quality and hospitality standards

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
