The Guest Relation Executive is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences by providing personalized service, handling guest interactions professionally, and resolving concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly and ensure smooth check-in and check-out experience
Build rapport with guests and understand their preferences and special requirements
Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints courteously and efficiently
Coordinate with departments to ensure timely fulfillment of guest needs
Maintain guest history, preferences, and VIP records
Conduct guest follow-ups during stay to ensure satisfaction
Assist with special occasions, VIP handling, and guest amenities
Promote hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
Ensure lobby presence and professional grooming at all times
Maintain daily guest interaction and complaint logs
Support Front Office operations during peak hours
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong guest handling and problem-solving abilities
Pleasant personality and service-oriented attitude
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of PMS and hotel operations (preferred)
Qualifications & Experience
Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Front Office or Guest Relations
Freshers with good communication skills may be considered
Working Conditions
Shift-based duties including weekends and holidays
Standing and lobby-based role
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?23,000.00 per month
