The Guest Relation Executive / Hostess will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome, smooth seating arrangements, and excellent service coordination throughout their dining experience. The role demands excellent communication, grooming, and interpersonal skills to represent the brand in a professional and friendly manner.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Reception & Greeting
Welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor at all times.
Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortably seated.
Reservation Management
Handle phone calls, online bookings, and walk-in guest inquiries.
Maintain and update reservation logs and seating charts.
Manage waiting lists effectively during peak hours.
Guest Experience & Coordination
Liaise between guests and service staff to ensure smooth dining service.
Address guest queries, concerns, or special requests promptly.
Ensure VIP guests and repeat customers receive personalized service.
Presentation & Ambience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception/entrance area.
Ensure menus, table setups, and guest areas are presentable.
Reporting & Feedback
Collect guest feedback and share with the management team.
Report any operational issues affecting guest experience.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum HSC or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
Prior experience as a Hostess / Guest Relation Executive in restaurants or hotels.
Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi/Marathi is an added advantage).
Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
