GRE/Hostess
to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests with warmth and ensure a memorable first impression.
Manage reservations, table allocations, and guest flow during service hours.
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanour at all times.
Ensure the waiting area and host desk are clean and well-organised.
Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth operations.
Handle guest queries, concerns, and special requests efficiently.
Maintain guest records and VIP preferences for enhanced service.
Assist in managing walk-ins and waitlists during peak hours.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Hostess/GRE in the hospitality or F&B industry preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Presentable, well-groomed, and confident.
Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Basic computer knowledge (POS & reservation software is a plus).
Immediate joiner or within 1 week preferred.
