Assist in promoting hotel services and special offers
Ensure a high standard of hospitality and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Prior experience in a Guest Relations / Front Office role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused with a positive attitude
Ability to multitask and handle pressure efficiently
Proficiency in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus
