Job Overview We are looking for a skilled and customer-oriented Guest Relation Executive to join our team at Fio Restaurant. As a Guest Relation Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring a delightful dining experience for our valued guests. This is a full-time position with a Junior level role, requiring 1 to 3 years of experience. The job is located in Delhi, Delhi, India. Qualifications And Skills Proven work experience as a Guest Relation Executive or in a similar customer service role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations Knowledge of restaurant operations and reservation systems Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Team player with a positive attitude Proficient in using POS systems Fluent in English and Hindi, both spoken and written Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays Roles And Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner Manage reservations and table allocation efficiently Ensure that guests are seated and attended to promptly Provide menus and suggest suitable recommendations Take and process food and beverage orders accurately Ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns Maintain a clean and organized dining area Handle cash and credit card transactions Upsell additional products and services Build and maintain positive relationships with guests Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent service Adhere to all company policies and procedures
